Our Clinic, Your Path to Recovery

Our clinic is your starting point on the path to better movement. Located in the heart of Lake Country, we’ve created a welcoming space where recovery meets everyday life.     Jon Oswald, BSc.HK, MSc.PT, IMS, TMJ

    Jon studied locally at UBCO, where he completed his Bachelor’s of Science in Human Kinetics, and spent some time with a Lake Country Physiotherapy clinic before completing his Masters in Physical Therapy at UBC Vancouver. Jon’s areas of passion are exercise prescription, spine health, orthopaedics and chronic pain management. With an enthusiasm for training the next generation, Jon is also a clinical skills instructor at the UBC Southern Medical Program.

    Tamara Oakley, BSc., MSc.PT, IMS, ISST

    Tamara completed a Bachelor of Science in Biology at UVic and her Master of Physical Therapy at UBC. A background in fitness instruction continues to shape her practical, exercise-based approach to care. She has pursued many topics, including AN-IMS (dry needling), vestibular rehabilitation, pilates, manual therapy, and specialized exercise prescription. Notably, Tamara is currently the Okanagan’s only certified International Schroth 3-dimensional Scoliosis Therapy practitioner and is happy to offer this treatment to scoliosis and kyphosis patients.
